Bep Kororoti é uma lenda dos índios Kayapo (Alto Xingu) traduzida pelo indigenista João Américo Peret, que trabalhou na equipe de sertanistas da SPI/FUNAI de 1950-1970 e juntamente com Cícero Cavalcante relatou e fotografou pela primeira vez em 1952 o ritual de culto a Bep Kororoti.
